Parents, Teachers, Seniors, Colleagues, Staff & Patients motivate me to do more better.

Daily facing difficult situation during Multi Video Conferencing with different centres around the world.

Able to publish articles at the same time caring for patients have given me satisfaction as both goals are important for me.

Daily in morning when I start my day with my Residents & Colleagues I motivate them to achieve excel.

When I organized a International Conference I was successful in getting my team members to work effectively.

While attending daily Administrative meetings as a member I face conflicts but then I think from others’ point of view not my point of view.
