I feel education give lot of courage and power in personal life. My professional qualification changed my economical and personal life drastically.

I used to prefer open discussion and different opinion from all group members and incorporate into group idea. It usually resolves conflict in the group.

After birth of my daughter.

First I will analysis what is the target and end point before planning. Later I will plan the resources, available time and end point results. Based on that I will plan and schedule my work.

I used to discuss the problem and follow leader comments.

Even though I am a surgeon, I trained in palliative care as one of the specialty. I tried to change general population perceptive related to palliative care. I make them understand palliative care should be provided when the day we made diagnosis rather than at end of disease and early diagnosis make more curative option rather than palliative care.
Tell me about a time when you were asked to do something that you disagreed with?
My practice is ethical practice. If someone asked me to do unethical practice and I disagreed.
What your researchers should develop in research?
I want to do my researchers to do research on early detected of malignancy before metastasis occur and I want to do research pattern of spread of malignancy.

An ideal student should learn and teach us.

An ideal teacher should teach and learn.
Which stage of education for a child is important?
I think every stage of education for a child is important, but more important is character building.

Yes.
Does one education system suit for all set of students across the world?
No. Different kind of education system need across the globe depends on the nature of people and productivity of that particular population.
How to initiate problem based learning?
I think simulation is the best way to teach problem based learning. We should allow the candidate to think different aspect to solve the problem.
What is the goal of education?
Education should allow the candidate to think independently.
What is the root cause of existing scenario of choosing education as an earning source than learning source?
I think pattern of education and system of education made like this.

Success is a state of victory after a difficult time.
