What are your strengths?

My strength is research breakthrough of the novel scientific topics.

May I know your weaknesses?

My weaknesses are to supervise the students who are not qualified in research.

What are your goals?

To build an international STEM research group and have a lot of benefits to the world.

Where do you want to be in next 5 years time?

I want to be at south East Asia or Africa for their research booster.

What is your greatest achievement?

To help more than 20 group mates promote to be professors.

When I have achievement, I like to pay back to others in the world.

Talk with younger scholar and help what they need.

Unite with families.

Tell me about how a professional qualification you have obtained has helped you personally?

Two PhD degrees in Engineering and computer science.

Tell me about a significant crisis you have faced?

How do you resolve conflict in the groups or teams that you are a part of?

Separate them to work and combine the results to make a contribution in this world. If they see their wonderful contribution, they will believe they can co-work well again.

Tell me how you organize your work and schedule your time?

I will take a note anytime to take the priorities for the all stuffs.

Give an example of a difficult or sensitive situation that required extensive communication?

I have been the leader in many research groups. Some researchers have their temper and when they have troubles from daily life, they will give up easily for the research development.

What two or three accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction? Why?

To see my colleagues’ promotion and have good relationship with other research mates. Because I like to see everyone’s success and then they believe their ability and want do more for this world.

Anytime for any opportunity in conversation with the teammates.

Describe a situation where you were successful in getting people to work together effectively?

When they see their contribution and then they like to help more people.

Tell me about a time when you were able to change someone’s view point significantly?

When someone feels upset for their research without any progress,I will change their topics and they find this also works in his original framework, then he will change his viewpoints.

What your researchers should develop in research?

Anything that can help people in the world.

May I know about your research students? How many members awarded with the degree PhD/M.Phil?

I have supervised over 10 PhD and 25 mater degrees.

What type of research is going on in your laboratory?

AI, IT, data science, social science and management, statistics, logistics, tourism, risk management, hazard mitigation, civil engineering and mechanical engineering problems.

Describe a specific problem solved by you

Building a nonlinear criterion for the practical engineering problems.

What is an approach for a problem?

Give some commonly faced repercussions in your life with which you failed to meet your deadline?

What are the qualities of an ideal student/learner?

Any students who want to help others in the world.

Want to help others in the world.

Which stage of education for a child is important?

Any stage is important. At first, he receives education and he needs to feedback to other juniorswhen he has ability.

Does one education system suit for all set of students across the world?

The education needs build one possible model and be humble to accept changes and comments.

What is the goal of education?

To receive and feedback to each other and let this world become better.

How to define a success?

Contribution to the society and world.

How to handle failure?

There should be no failure because anyone could help people become better.
