University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) is a well known screening test in India for Lectureship or Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) or both. Previously, it was organized or conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) but now it has been replaced by National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of UGC.
NTA is a autonomous organization established by Government of India to conduct the national entrance exams for fellowships or admissions in higher educational institutions in India.

Exam Pattern: This time UGC NET exam will be conducted only through online mode and organized in two shifts per day from December 9 to December 23.
It consists of two papers such as Paper 1: General paper; Paper 2: Subject related paper.
